We just came back from a family vacation from the Grand Hyatt.. one thing that we experienced in consensus amongst our group of 7 people was the superb service and courtesy and genuine intentions of all staff across the resort to only say yes to anything that you ask for and with a smile and promptness. Its a culture that is rare at tourist hotels normally tired of the crowds... we all just loved the warmth shown.. the Chulha restaurant serves great indian food and is value for money. The resort is centrally located and would definitely recommend for families.. amazing property and greenery..

A great resort for families. The property is well spread out in various blocks/villas. Our stay was during end of June, not raining but was sunny. The lobby leading you the main building is big and get's warm during the day. The pool is quiet big and they have a kids pool close to the main pool. Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner had a good spread of international food with ofcourse an indian corner too. The staff is the greatest asset for this property. Chef Rupesh really looked after us and our demands as we were traveling with a kid & my parents. He & his team put up a great show to look after everyone at the restaurant. They have an indian restaurant Chulha with great chefs. You can choose to dine at the all day dining or Chulha. At Chulha every dish is prepared to your taste. We stayed at the block which has lots of trees & greenery, so my kid did have many mosquito bites. The staff did offer to help us get some medication if we wanted, but we did carry our own. Kids Club was fun too for my kid, he spent quiet good time and made new friends. They do charge a nominal fee to register you child for the Kids Club. If you walk outside the hotel you would find many private taxis, a little expensive then the Hotel, but they are safe to use. We did use outside taxis for 2 days even late night. Indoor pool was not busy. My suggestion - nice if they offer cold towel by the poolside specially on warm days. Overall a great hotel & Super like to all the staff!

My title says it all..people looking for a good family time can definitely opt for this, awesome beach facing suites, good indoor pool, jacuzzi, and awesome spread of indian and italian cuisines, there is Grand club which offers free cocktails, drinks everyday evening(6-8) with some snacks.
Coming to people, their staff was very friendly right from time we entered the resort, were given a free ride from airport due to Diamond membership of Hyatt and a transfer to another Hyatt resort on Day 2 was in a Audi Q5 SUV.Thanks Hyatt.
Coming to facility, A walk around the entire resort will take easily 30 minutes with walk path looking at sea waters. An indian restaurant Chulha serves awesome food and pricing is also quite reasonable for a 5 star resort..
The only disadvantage of this place is for ppl looking for night club etc... will have to venture out for good 40+ Kms..
I will definitely visit along with family one more time.. This time when it isnt raining!!!

Room Tip: Ask for sea facing room, while most of them do have..

Mind blowing property. It's so huge that you need to be physically active to enjoy. Unfortunately the weather was not helpful as it was raining heavily. Staff really helpful, courteous and efficient. Stayed for a very brief period to review properly.

Very good resort to enjoy. But you have to travel a hour for enjoying real Goa. If you wanted to Enjoy Calangute or Baga then this location is not right. This hotel is for leisure travel and pleasant stay.
