“extortionate”
Reviewed 24 June 2014

My husband ordered a sandwich, only 2 choices, 2 small slices of shortbread and a plastic cup of tea. That came to the sum of £10.80. We would normally accept things and vow never to return. But when my husband commented on the price the assistant replied "I do not decide on the prices" with a take or leave it attitude. So we left it.

“No frills, serves it's purpose”
Reviewed 21 June 2014

Exactly as the title suggests, the Swiss Cottage Tea Room is ideally situated when you feel ready for a break. Keen prices, good selection of snacks and beverages. In short, nothing to write home about, does the job.

“Small cafe in the Grounds of Osborne House”
Reviewed 28 May 2014

Adequate place to stop & have a sandwich & a drink in the grounds of Osborne House whilst visiting the Swiss Cottage. Pop over and check out the miniature battlefield Prince Albert created for his children.
