I stayed here recently. Rooms were the usual standard of Premier Inn. Having acces to both a bath and shower was wonderful, especially after the five hour train journey I had made to get here. Suitably relaxed I eat at a local Fish & Chip shop rather than the resturant as this is a grill.
staff at the hotel were helpful, arranging transport as needed. I was here on buisness and nothing was too much trouble. I arrived for breakfast an hour early and had already checked out from the room. The Chef was marvellous, arranged tea, and made sure I was OK until the shift waiting staff arrived. My continental breakfast was good with wide range of choice. Once again I found warm, friendly people who made the effort to communicate and make sure my needs were met. These factors made a long and tiring buisness trip a good experince. The hotel is quite a long way from Leeds City Centre, as a female travelling alone I felt safe here. Helpful staff, nice service ethics and human values.More
