The Hotel was lovely, food in hotel was toooooooo expensive, which is such a shame. The staff were lovely and very helpful, pool area lovely and the views fantastic. My only disappointment was when the waves hit the decking it left a lot of debris ( plastic bottles, plastic waste, wood, sticks and other rubbish) on the decking, the staff did come out to clean it but we was shocked and disgusted when we seen them just brushing it back into the sea, surely we should be removing and disposing of this waste/

Very problematic! The place itself is NOT friendly for those who can't climb up and down lots of stairs.

Service was fine and the hotel looked really nice until you realize that the stair walking is quite a lot. NOT recommended for those that cannot climb too many stairs and those with leg problems.

We were ok with the stairs but then when the lights went out the first night, I thought it was a Thailand problem. But when it happened a second time and now a third time in a row, it's not at all acceptable.

Service was friendly but not knowledgeable. There are many other hotels very near and possibly much better than this hotel. Book those.

I’m writing this review on our last day at the resort. We stayed in Siam chalet on an all inclusive basis. We have loved everything about the hotel from the room, food and drinks. The staff are fantastic and nothing is too much trouble. We still ate out as food and drinks are cheap. I would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to book again in the future. Just sad this is our last day.

We stayed for 2 weeks and were really happy all together. The 2 pools are right at the perfect beach and are just great. Had some walks at the beach and can definitely say that this is by far the best part of the beach in the radius of 1km. Breakfast is amazing. I don’t know what others didn’t like about it. Everything is always covered with white blankets or lids so no insects or birds have a chance. Once in a while there will be some birds trying to steal some foods from your plate when you leave it wide open to get more coffee - so make sure to not leave your full plate alone. ;-) And for the great open breakfast rooms in a wonderful temple style - I can really live with that...it’s Thailand and the great nature is part of the experience! But other than that this breakfast buffet covers everything - so please don’t be over-spoiled from European 5 star breakfasts with champagne and salmon...this really shouldn’t be that standard to compare with!
Rooms are perfect, drinks are good, staff is of course very friendly. So all in all - we will definitely come back and as stated - we highly enjoyed our stay!

But there are some minor things that could be worked on:

- the lunch prices are simply too high! I agree with those prices for dinner (which is amazing right on the beach and the food quality is spotless) - but I don’t agree with the same prices for a different menu with much smaller and easier meals for the same prices. Plus I also don’t think that a 10% service fee for a quick lunch is reasonable. So you end up paying 700 baht for a sandwich, chicken nuggets and two cokes is just not a good value - especially since you can get this right in front of the hotel at all those great small restaurants for less than half the price! So the hotel should really consider working on their lunch menu - in my opinion. So for us most lunches were not taken in the resort because of this.
-Also the Thai Massages in the hotel was just ok. Also found better outside from the hotel.

Besides this we were pleased from everything. Gym is also very good!

Outside of the hotel are many really good restaurants in various price ranges, Thai markets can be reached in a 10
Minute walk, bigger markets with more street food in 5 minutes with the cab (150 baht).

Thanks for the stay laguna resort - we will come back - hopefully with better lunch prices that time! :-)

My return to this resort, great welcome since arrival at the car park, they offer us a shuttle (just only 2 or 3 minutes walk). Room was amazing with a scenery of green garden around, my son love an extra bed very much. Food was superb with a wonderful view of Andaman Sea. Breakfast was good. Definitely will come back again...

Room tip: A room with beach front was fantastic.
