Visited this place based on the positive review ons TripAdvisor: They were probably placed by some 'friends' of the restaurant. We had a very bad experience: dirty menu's and toiletsticker, a lot of screaming from the kitchen and pizza's that were very average and with very much burned parts. A shame all together. If you like good pizza go visit la Cuccinella right out of Bistagno town (direction Ponti). We were there they other day and were certainly not disappointed.

We went to this restaurant based on TA reviews. Our first impression was a visit to the bathroom. Not only did the toilet not flush, the whole bathroom was disgustingly filthy. The sinks did not work either. I cannot imagine where or if the staff washes their hands! At the table, we received the menus which were also sticky and dirty. At that point, we just wanted to leave but decided to stick it out. We saw pizza after pizza being carried out to other tables and they were all burnt. When i ordered i asked that our pizzas not be black, and they did their best. Pizza was ok, but the filth of the place turned us off. Would never return here.

We have been waiting for our pizzas for more than one hour and it arrived overcooked and burned. For two waiters the 8 outdoor tables were too much. Inside the restaurant was empty, there were only some pizzas to go (which arrived sooner as our pizzas but were ordered later) Complaining in a friendly way we received an ey-oh (whatever that means) and neither excuses nor a coffee or something else for free to apologize for the really bad service. We have a house near Bistagno, but it was definitely the last time we went there to have a pizza. Should they go ahead like this during the crisis which is struggling Italy, I guess they have little hope to survive. There are many other places offering much more. And stay away from anything which has to do with fish!

On the evening in question documented by photos and schedules and available 50 more people were 25 guys who did the lever and I kindly being of the country, I offered them a aperipizza the wait was half an hour the fish these guys have never ordered After years who came to dinner with us always treated very well considering them friends and not having the cash every time letting them go without paying for this reason of friendship always delighted to offer grappa even once before this dinner have asked for a beer that I not kept longer, and offered to take her because then they know where to get it, and instead of returning the richiesere as if nothing happened and then the pizza raw or burnt both is a little odd to conclude my international clients have translated the menu for me Please do not like the way he wanted the Mr. of review in exchange for money because thanks translator

A hidden gem in the heart of Piemonte. The owner Diego Fanfaroni is a great host and wonderful chef making everyone immediately feel like family as you walk in the door. The food is fresh, local and always delicious, making this our go to spot when visiting the area!
