Had late lunch with several of my Mexican friends for my first time in Chapala. We picked the restaurant solely based on the location as it really has a good view of the lake and Malecon.
The restaurant is quite large with plenty of covered outside spots where you can sit and watch the world go by. The service was prompt and friendly. They had a live singer in the restaurant during out meal which was nice ambience. The sun was getting close to setting by the time we finished, and it is definitely a good spot for a sunset view with a meal.
The food was decent, but if it wasn't for the view, I don't think I would go out of my way to go back. Nothing wrong with the food, it was hot, reasonably priced (for touristy area). But I have had significantly better.
