It's the best hotel I've ever stayed in. Location is very good – 3 min walk from Funikamp. Atmosphere is extremely friendly, like in the family, and not in the hotel. Many thanks to the staff. And the price was very good also :)
- Free Wifi
We stayed here as part of our motorcycle road trip of Spain and France. We found the location very good and the ski lift out of ski season open, reasonably priced and worth the trip for the views. Staff were very attentive and helpful. Evening meal and breakfast were very good. Would recommend this hotel.
This hotel is a 5 minute walk from the ski lift and shops and has wonderful views across the rooftops of the town to the mountains beyond. It was all very clean and comfortable with good beds and blockout curtains. Service is really friendly and they are very helpful with suggestions of things to do, good restaurants, where to shop... all the insider tips that make for a good holiday. The staff speak French, English and Spanish. Having a garage is important as it can be hard to find a parking spot and particularly with ski gear it's great to be able to park close to the hotel and lifts. They do some great special offers for skiers and bikers and we had a fabulous short ski break at the end of March 2012.
this hotel is not the ritz, but very good value for money, family run, rooms are a bit on the small side but very cosy.free parking in garage saves you 10-15 euros a night fees
Watch out the hotel owners ready to benefit on their clients' health account!
My girlfriend and I planned to stay in this hotel for 2 weeks (and booked so) but instead we had to leave after 1 night, as she head terrible cough dangerous for her health!
The hotel appeared to be totally smoked out and the blankets very smelly, which was quite a disaster for an allergic person as my girlfriend happens to be.
The hotel could not offer another room and therefore we had to look for another hotel. The most outraging fact however is that the MILA hotel turned a blind eye on the fact its rooms are not fit for allergic people and on this basis rejected to make the refund of the remaining part of our deposit made by a credit card on-line (actually 4 times more than the cost of 1 night we spent there), which is generally meant to be merely a protection for the hotel in case of a no-show, which was obviously not our case!
On the other misfortunes (or the hotel must-haves?), the promised on-line double room appeared to be a twin, the wi-fi internet in our room did not work (although claimed by hotel staff "it must work"), floors appeared to be really winter-cold, and the room lights were frighteningly dim (forget about holiday relaxation), and the toilet flush worked only after a "20-min re-charge" (forget about comfortable commonwealth).
As our communication with the hotel staff shows, Andorra is a great country, but only if you are enjoying it staying in another hotel, than Mila.
my boyfriend and i came to the hotel with 4 of our friends, 4 motorbikes and a friend who was a vegetarian, they went out of their way to accommodate us, their customer service was fantastic, they were so friendly, they spoke excellent English (which helped as my Spanish and French is very limeted!) Rooms were lovely clean and had everything you needed, including a bath!!! food was fantastic, for 14 euros for the 3 course meal including wine!
we will see you again next year!
from the English bikers :)
