Five of our family of nine got food poisoning at the hotel. That's not acceptable regardless of whether the hotel is nice or the people are nice.
Also I didn't like that they try to up-sell you at the all inclusive. Our reservation came with a $100 hotel credit that was impossible to use ... you can use bits and pieces of the $100 towards overpriced spa services and overpriced wine. I'm uploading a photo of the sales guy's notes explaining how to use the $100 per person. See for yourself!
No internet available. When I asked they gave me a password that they said could be used in the lobby, but that never worked. Not sure if you have to upgrade to a different package at this all inclusive in order to get internet.More
