We had a large & rowdy group and the 1 bartender "put up with us" like a champ! Thanks for hosting the group and serving so many drinks!

Thank Karen S

We originally stopped at the Big Sur Bakery but found that they had just stopped serving lunch (on Sunday at 2:30pm?). The Roadhouse has a nifty design and décor with nice outdoor seating. We had the veggie sandwich and the cold turkey sandwich. The veggie sandwich was quite bland with simply raw veggies on bread. We mentioned this to the waitress after consuming most of it and she said there was supposed to have been pesto sauce and cheese on it. Apparently, the sandwich wasn't completed. Otherwise, the turkey and the homemade potato chips were quite good.

We stopped here when traveling from SF to Cambria and very glad we did! The decor, setting, and food were all excellent. We're from South Louisiana, and the poboys served here at the top of the list of all we've had. (Could it be the chef is from New Orleans?!!) Their method of toasting the bread adds a textural dimension to an already flavorful dish. The chips served are handmade to order and are also excellent.

Had dinner with oysters (raw and rock), along with gumbo, then the steak. Every thing was great. Sat outside and barely needed the overhead heater. Dessert of warm chocolate cake topped off meal perfectly. Service by Emily was outstanding! Will definitely go back.

We were there for some catered events and did not order off the regular menu, but everything was wonderful. They have a beautiful patio in front and back with lovely plantings and fireplaces.
