We stayed at the Teague House in July 2014 for three nights. As the other reviewers have stated, this place is beautifully located. There is a veranda at the back of the house with comfy seats and sofas from which you have a wonderful view of the canyon. The staff is very nice and helpful und gave us good advice on what to do in the area. On top came an excellent, lavish breakfast containing fresh fruit, granola and yogurt every day plus different warm dishes like pancakes, bacon etc. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and there is a large fridge you can use.
The only disadvantage about the accomodation is its close proximity to a railroad line. The trains passing through are quite noisy, so you may want to bring earplugs for the night if you are sensitive. Nonetheless I would recommend the Teage House to any visitors, especially for joining a rafting tour with the same, family-owned business.
