Well worth a visit. Very hands on and interactive. My two grandchildren throughly enjoyed it and there was plenty to see and get involved in

We took our two 6 year old boys in late May at half term. Entering at 3:30pm there was no queue at the entrance and just a 15 minute wait for the first ride, a shooting ride. As others have said, in each of the carriages at least one gun will not record a score, but the kids still enjoyed this.
They loved the Ninjago themed soft play centre, the Merlins Apprentice ride and the ramps for the Lego cars. One of the attendants had explained that there had been hour long queue for the Merlin ride earlier - which it wouldn’t have been worth -but late in the day you can just walk straight on.
If I had paid full price rather than using a half price voucher from McDonalds I would be reviewing far less favourably, but with shorter queues later in the day, the kids had a great time.

Sam was brilliantly helpful in helping me find that perfect bit of Lego for my son. He searched for ages and helped me navigate the store. Thanks!!

Went Monday and Tuesday. The place was busy but well run. The team didn’t stop doing their jobs but were so approachable and friendly. Place was regularly leaned and tidied. Staff so knowledgeable. Special mention for James the master builder who kept members of our group entertained for ages showing us what he was doing, building and what it’s like to be HIM! Also James, so friendly and great with the kids. David just didn’t stop, never seen anyone doing that job work as quickly and studiously as he did. Whole team is an absolute credit to your name. Love the place and can’t wait to be back
Hi Dawn
Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback regarding your recent visit.
I'm so glad to see that James and David went above and beyond during your visit,
James really is very enthusiastic about his role, and why shouldn't he be! He builds and plays with Lego for a job!! Some of us are pretty jealous!
David and the other staff really do work hard to make sure the attraction is as clean as possible, and i thank you for saying they're a credit to our name,
We do love seeing such positive feedback regarding our staff.
We cannot wait to see you back!

Utter shambles with no thought for the children. I understand school holidays can be busy but this was a joke. 45 minute queuing to get in caused mainly by only having one till open for on the day visitors. Not a great start with little ones. This was followed by a 40 minute queue for the first ride. Then you go into the main room which clearly was just filled to capacity at the expense of anybody actually being able to do anything. Cramped and clearly not putting the child's experience first. Sea Life Centre in same complex had 4 people on the entrance and made for a completely different experience.
Hi SARAManchester_Uk
Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback regarding your recent visit.
I'm sorry to see that you were unhappy with your visit on this occasion, this is not what we want.
We can be a busy attraction due to being popular, especially during half term.
We have time limited wristbands that allow you ample time in the attraction to do and see everything possible, We put a tannoy out 10 minutes before the leave times and on the hour of the leave times, I can only apologise that some guests do not leave on time, but management do go out and see what the levels of guests we are at.
We also do have allocated time slots, and an allowance of guests during these time slots, so that we are not overcrowded.
Again, I'm sorry if you were not happy with your visit, if you do want to speak to us further, please do not hesitate to contact us on the "Contact Us" Page on our website.
We do hope to see you back soon!

We booked tickets on line for two adults and two children at a cost of £68, when we arrived after approx 1 hour journey we were told time was restricted to 2 hours, within this time we spent 45 mins queuing for rides! Whilst there are some positives regarding the venue, 2 hours is just not enough time and for the entry fee really poor value for money. All this said we ignored the request for us to leave do we got more from the day!
Hi Peter
Thank you for taking the time to leave us some feedback regarding your recent visit.
We do have a banner on our webpage to state that there is time restrictions at busy times, and at the admission desk we do mention this too.
We can be busy at times, especially at half term.
The reason we have the time restriction is so we can gauge the visitors we have at any time, and to avoid over crowding.
We do hope to see you back soon!
