We had to wait 10 minutes on entry as the one staff could not multitask. She decided to look for someone’s email address on the system and wasn’t logged in - unrelated to anything to do with entry! Bad Janice!
I travelled with my 5 & 2 year old who were growing impatient as we had our tickets already!
I had to call the manager and explain that she should have focused on the growing queue of impatient customers instead of being distracted by a non customer. As usual - apology and excuse given to placate. At this point I was now already annoyed!
Once in we had to ask for the rides to be opened - no staff/no ride times. We arrived at 12pm so they were open for a while already.
No toilet checks in the cafe either - horrendous!
I would stick to the Birmingham branch; a lot more organised and much cleaner. Save your money, your time and avoid this branch! Remember it’s our hard earned cash that make these places - they should be trying to make things easier not difficult!
