Nice place -- a little old -- beach is man made it is on the side of the Dock Yard -- can rent some beach stuff--chairs/umbrellas / kayaks / drink are a little pricey / beach tends to be crowded and not very clean -- there are tmes when we find glass--and i dont me pretty sea glass--there are fish out farther and will feed on cereal---this is a good place to go on the last port day as it is close by to the docks..at night they have a small beach party with fire dancers --but found night to be cruise ship employees there --- ok for small kids --not many waves--water is clear--bar can be fun!

Ok beach tends to get crowed and the drinks at the bar are overpriced. If you just want to hit the beach for a few then its definitely worth taking a short walk over from the cruise ship.

Arrived by Cruise ship - RCCL Explorer of the Seas , 9OCT13 thru 11OCT13 . this was our 14th visit to Bermuda and the best so far .. For Oct we had a total of 4 hot days in Bermuda and on the ship on the way back ..Snorkel Park is a great place to visit if you have been to all the other beaches around Bermuda .. 5 min. walk from the dock and the water is calm , and the snorkeling is clear and inviting .. many visitors wade into the water and spread out fish food which is readily eaten by the local fish who swarm for it .The view from under the water is great and if you care to venture beyond the breakwater rocks its even better .. I highly recommend this park for families or if you just want to go to the water locally

Since my last visit several years ago this beach has been developed. I always stop the day our ship departs as it's so close. When we were there, there was no fee to enter. They now have chairs and umbrellas for rent as well as some water sports (kayaks, pedal boats, etc.) I simply go to see the fish. If you venture out to waist deep you see the fish and with a box of cornflakes or breadcrumbs simply sprinkling a bit will bring them to the surface. They will even eat out of your hand. They also have food and beverages available and as I understand have music some evenings. A truly nice and easy access place to enjoy the final day in Bermuda with no worries about missing the ship. It's also family friendly.

Bermuda is not the easiest place to get around since you can't rent a car on your own ,so off of the cruise ship dock this small beach is a 5/10 min walk . we paid $5 each to get in and had chairs and umbrella , some people have said they had to pay for them but we saw empty ones and just sat down and everyone had one so I don't think they all paid . I can't say much about the glass in the sand I have read about because I only sat on the chair and soaked up the sun ,I didn't go in the water or the restaurant or bar area . Yes the beach is small but if you go when it's not too busy it would be a decent option instead of trying to head out on the bus system or pay for a taxi
