“Beautiful cottage in a perfect location”
Reviewed 29 August 2017 for a stay in August 2017

We had a lovely stay in the charming cottage! Beautifully decorated and laid out the cottage was perfect, with a yummy treat of fresh milk, eggs and butter from the farm. Perfect location for exploring the peak district and absolutely stunning views! Thank you very much for having us!

“Cosy cottage for 4 people”
Reviewed 16 May 2017 for a stay in May 2017

It’s a nice cottage for small group of 4 people who wish to stay and explore peak district and surrounding natural beauty. Cottage is equipped for comfortable stay within a farm. Owners were friendly and helpful. One thing to note is that there is no village shop for grocery. Closest shop is about 4 miles away thus last-minute run to a village shop may be difficult. However there are places to eat out if needed.

Thank you for your review. Your kind words are much appreciated. Situated where we are there is a distance to the shops however, once out and about there is a good range from the Chatsworth Farm Shop for those special holiday treats to the other end of the scale Tesco for all the basics. We do provide tea, coffee, sugar, milk, biscuits and eggs from our ducks and hens to start you off.
