“Tranquil village property in rural bliss”

Well equipped and comfortable "Casa" . Very clean and well maintained. Good facilities such as flat screen TV and DVD, washing machine, toaster and modern cooking facilities ( two ring hob and oven ) including microwave, all new and in excellent working order. The terrace is enclosed within the building, obviously cool in summer. We did not use it as we did not want to disturb Swallows nesting there.
Very quiet village, no shops but a bar. Visiting provision van eg bread comes to the village.
No wifi and we had difficulty getting a phone signal in the village.
Great rural location for walking in fairly gentle landscape, in June lots of wild flowers, and a birders paradise.
Also a good location for the major tourist attractions of Salamanca, Segovia and Avilla and of course a number of castles.
Also great for wine lovers with Toro, Rueda and the Duero easily accessible on quiet and good quality roads.
Ideal Casa for a couple or small family who like the quiet and rural idyll.
