Got to be best spa I've been to. Brilliant customer service throughout the place including the cafe, amazing varied treatments on offer everyday and the spa itself is so relaxing with so many different experiences to try including the lovely spa pool and water beds, relaxing swing seats and meditation room where you can just drift off to sleep after enjoying what the spa has to offer. Always left with skin so smooth and sparkling and the feeling of total relaxation that always sleep well that night. Cannot fault it in anyway as always been this way every time visited and that has been many times in last 6/8 years.

First time at Center Parcs and would definitely go again . Lovely villa with en suite bedrooms very clean and by the lake. Hired bikes and rode around the beautiful forest went swimming and walking . The only thing we would do differently next time would be to do more self catering as we had Sunday lunch in Cafe Rouge and it left much to be desired but they gave us two free puddings when we said their beef was very tough . Staff were very pleasant everywhere .

For a big birthday our 2 daughters, their husbands and children rented a 4 bedroom lodge at Elveden Center Parcs in Late May 2014 for a 3 day weekend.
The lodge itself was well appointed but the bedrooms were a cramped. My Wife and I had a twin room that had little hanging space and no drawers at all so we lived out of our suitcases which made everything untidy and crushed. The beds were 2' 6" wide but were comfortable enough. They only had quilts that were far too warm.
There was one bathroom with shower over the bath + WC. There was also a separate WC and a shower room without a WC.
The kitchen/dining/living area was functional but not spacious. The seating was not comfortable in the lounge area but not unexpected. The dining table and chairs was formica and practical. The kitchen had one of everything for the eight guests but no extras at all. The 2 fridges were a very helpful addition and much needed.
The lodges are right in the forest and are arranged so that you feel like you are on your own. We had a parade of wildlife every day that we were there. Ducks, geese, birds, squirrels and even small deer. Some were looking to be fed and some were quite wary. The kids loved it.
Everything was very clean and tidy.
We were close to the centre and did not need bikes to get to and from there. On the Friday things were very busy buy by the following day we wondered where everyone we saw the day before had gone!
As no cars were on the roads we were able to cycle all around and see the size and extent of the village. The bike hire I thought was reasonably priced and while the bikes worked they looked as though they hadn't been washed or serviced, ever. I had 3 different bikes because of problems as did my eldest and middle Grandsons (although their final bikes were brand new and they were the first to ride them).
There is a lot to do in the village however I thought many of the outside activities (climbing and the aerial adventure to mention 2) were overpriced. The inside sports such as table tennis and badminton were OK price wise. It would pay you to take your own shuttle cocks as there are £1.50p each as you have to buy them.
The 2 occasions we ate in restaurants were excellent and well priced. We ate at the Pancake House and Huck's. Recommended.
The pool are was great for kids especially the little ones who had a separate area that our youngest Grandson loved. The flumes were good (although you did get buffeted around a bit)and the Cyclone was amazing. But don't go on the latter if you don't like heights or have a dodgy back as there is quite a drop on the final section.

All in all the whole experience was very good and better than I expected. Will we/I go again? Yes.

Went the bank holiday week after Easter and arrived late. Even though we was late check in was very easy but hard to find hotel in the Dark. Stayed in room 39 basic but was clean and tidy and the made visited everyday.

Lots of people from Midlands and although busy never felt overly packed. Activities were plentiful and the Aqua Sana Spa very good.

Restaurants are all similar to the out of town Frankie & Bennys you get in most towns.

Prices were no more expensive than a city and as we stayed in hotel no need to hire parks as right by everything.

Big Starbucks franchises everywhere.

Easy to walk to all places from hotel, had a great time and would definitely go again.

Overall much better time than I thought and not as expensive as people make out and the rapids and lazy river were fun :)

Spent a weekend here in May with daughter, son in law and grandchildren. The accommodation was clean and tidy and very peaceful. The squirrels and ducks came up to the patio windows to be fed which was lovely. Lots of ducks and moor hens with babies.
The pool area is great for all ages, although very busy. We did find everywhere inside really, really noisy as part of the older generation who are not used to so many noisy children. We took bikes and really enjoyed the rides through the woodland paths.
However, some of the activities were really expensive, such as all high wires, knee boarding, sub aqua. You could easily spend a lot of money in a weekend. You pay for everything except the pool and outdoor play areas.
We did not enjoy the restaurants which were very busy and noisy with not very good service.
We did really enjoy the spa which was well worth the visit. Also my husband really enjoyed the canoes on the lake with the grandchildren.
On return home I found it really difficult to get the pine needles off the bonnet of my car because of the sticky sap. It was also a pain arriving on Friday afternoon and spending half an hour in the queue followed by another half an hour getting through the car park and to the villa.
Great for families if weather is nice as beach is very pleasant, pool lovely and bike trails really good but expensive if you want to do lots of activities.
