“Good value. ”
Reviewed 25 July 2014 via mobile

Drove up from Benidorm. Simple and easy to find and at €3.50 per head cheap and good value. Took teenagers with learning difficulties and they loved the fossils and the way the place is presented.
Have been to other limestone caves qith a lot more stalactites and formations but these are worth a trip.

Definitely recommend it.

“A good way to spend an hour on a hot day”
Reviewed 7 July 2014

A pretty good wee trip. Real easy to find from the towns nearby (we drove from Pedreguer - took about 15 mins). Very relaxing - dark and cool, with some chilled out music playing all the time. Hardly commercialised at all, with only a small gift shop and restaurant and only 3.5 euros entrance fee. Real interesting inside, just to stroll through the cave complex and learn a wee bit of the pre-historic history of what it was like and why they restored it like they have.

A good way to spend a cheap hour or so if you need a break from the sun

“Well Worth a Visit”
Reviewed 18 June 2014

This cave is just outside the village of Benidoleig near Ondara. It has been opened up sympathetically and not over commercialised although there is a café and a small gift shop. Inside the cave there are small notices explaining what you are seeing and suitable lighting so you can see clearly. It can be quite spooky with the music playing. Worth a visit on a hot day as it stays cool deep inside.

“Very long cave”

Very beautiful! Prehistoric people lived there. And now when you are there alone and with the special music which is played there - you feel a little nervous))))

“interesting”
Reviewed 20 September 2013

What a great way to spend a hot afternoon as it is nice an cool in the caves. The entire experience is very well presented to the public. All written information as you go round is in several languages and you really get the feel of all the history behind the caves.
Great coffee in the coffee shop as well. Guide book only costs €1
