the stay was pleasant until check out.
the check out lady told us the amount and asked for a credit card. I suggested that before we run the card I can look at the bill - she reluctantly complied. I asked her about a $20 charge. She said that was the security deposit on the laptop ethernet cable. I told her it was in the room. She told me I must get it and give it to her to remove the security bond. I told her her elevator was broken and it would take 5-10 minutes wait for the elevator. She said she would wait. (you had one elevator out of action and the back up on the other one took for ever.). I suggested that she trust us as you do with the mini bar (she only asked waht we used, not verified. the whole interaction was unfriendly and every request such as a look at the bill etc she responded as if I was asking her to go the extra mile. She was planning to rip us off $20 for the security deposit with out asking if we were returning it and did not trust us that it was in the room knowing that you had our credit card on file. This is not the sort of people I do business with. Rudness and distrust is not the default in good business dealings.More
