Spacious apartment with excellent facilities. Our flight was delayed and the owner sorted out someone to stay and let us in. Some essentials ( and non-essentials) had been left to start us off - coffee, croissants, biscuits, washing up liquid etc. the location is great, 5 min walk down to Kalkara waterfront. There is a great bakery there and a bar serving food, a takeaway pizza place and a really good restaurant ( kalkara regatta). It's a quiet place and a great base to explore the island from. Also on the bus route so you don't have to get a hire car, but we had one and it was not too expensive to hire. There is also a waterbus that goes from Cospicua ( walkable) to Valletta and Vittoriosa is also walkable and has good eating places & lots to see. There were 4 of us staying in the apartment and it was perfect for us. Loads of towels, washing machine & dryer. Very happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking to stay in Malta.
