I arrived here to attend a small conference, but stayed on a little longer for some "me time".
This is an excellent hotel for people who like to get away from it all and take to the mountains. Located on the Polish/Czech boarder in the Silesian mountains near to Nysa, this is a low cost health spa set in a mountain forest. Including travel, for the cost of a day at many of the UK spas, you could stay here for a week. There's not much to do other than relax, read and unwind. From my perspective, this provides better value than a week on the beach. Surprisingly good, free wifi. A few problems with flies though. A little inconsiderate noise from other guests at times. But for the money I paid £20 a day for sole use of a double room, I. Can't complain.
Despite being in the Silesian mountains, it's close to a small village served by direct buses to and from Wroclaw and Opole.
Fantastic views from rooms.
Good vegan food, considerately prepared - and lots of it too.More
