I would say that the restaurant and attitude of service are the qualities of this hotel; for those looking a pool it is a positive option. The rooms are pretty tired, look not very neat, a bot of noise from the corridors and access to internet is a pain. It could be an outstanding option if they improve these aspects.

The staff was very welcoming and helpful. The rooms are clean. There is a nice pool that was very much enjoyed in the heat. Our breakfast was included and it was good. The only negative was the beds were pretty hard and the walls were thin so you can hear everything. However, on balance, it was a great value and those things did not bother me much.

It's away from the center you'll have to drive into town or call a taxi for around $30 peso each way. Just what we needed, a chill relax place to recoup from our road trip. The air condition was good! The rooms are spacious and in good conditions! The service was nice. The pool as a definite plus!!!

The rooms and the hotel itself is fine, but the restaurant and the service is pretty bad.

I don't normally post sour reviews, but the restaurant was so bland and expensive it was silly. The guacamole had neither salt nor lime and the "orange juice" (30 pesos) was not made from fresh oranges, but some concentrate. This is the first time I've had juice from concentrate anywhere in Mexico.

All this said - it's still a nice hotel. If you want food, then go across the street to La Guacamaya.
