The cottage is very well equipped, with saucepans, utensils and knives (that are actually sharp). We brought our own kitchen equipment but ended up not needing any of it.
There is a children's play area out the front where our kids enjoyed playing with children from the other cottage. The animals kept the children entertained too.
The location (Foxdale) is an excellent base for the best of the island, with Peel, Port Erin, and Castletown only a short drive away.
The owner, Fiona, was extremely welcoming and was only too happy to show us the horses.
In all, we had a wonderful, relaxing time and hope to return soon.
Always a warm welcome when we come with our disabled daughter. Everything to hand that you need on the island..freindly people out go the extra mile to make your stay nice and relaxing. Just booked for the 5th year in a row. When you've found paradise... why go anywhere else?
A lovely quiet complex of cottages & houses we are in our late 70s and disabled the facilities ideal. For the young theirs goats & rabbits horses, large play areas . And outside on the island things of interest Around every corner, we found lots to do so much in fact we are going back next year. We thank everyone who made us feel so welcome
