“really good at the 3 horseshoes”
Reviewed 11 May 2014

We have just returned from a trip to the Malvern flower show & enjoyed a great meal at the Three horseshoes with friends on Friday evening. It came highly recommended by one of the couples we were with so we knew it would be good, but, I have to say it was very good.
The belly pork was great & two had the steak pie which also got great reviews. The place has a very friendly atmosphere, the menu is on a blackboard & there is also a board showing the suppliers, which I thought was a good idea, the meat is clearly from a good butcher, Desserts were lovely as well though my husband joked that he would have loved jam roly poly & was told that when we are next down if we call to book they will try to have it on the menu. We will be back in late September so I hope that he can try it then They serve some decent wine & the cider was lovely as well
We look forward to visiting again & enjoying another good meal

“Good Quality, traditional Sunday Lunch”
Reviewed 25 February 2014

Took my family here at the weekend for Sunday lunch - booked in advance, and glad we did. the bar staff and waitresses were excellent (very friendly and engaged), the bar man (who I assume owns it) was particularly welcoming and he had a great range of beers and ciders on offer. The carvery was OK - the lady 'managing' it could have been a bit more friendly and bit more generous with the meat (my only minor negative observation). The veg was fresh and tasty and all 6 of our party enjoyed their food (despite several having mild flu!). My son was 10 years old and the staff 'jazzed up' his pudding and sang happy birthday - a really nice touch that is indicative of the feel of this traditional English pub. We have been several times before and will go again.

“Compliments to the Chef!”
Reviewed 12 January 2014

We have visited this pub several times now and it has never disappointed. Wonderful, hearty, tasty food at a reasonable price. We had the Lamb (which is locally sourced) and it was the tastiest I have ever had, It melted in the mouth and the starter and side dishes were equally as good. The desserts are also lovely, with a great range. If you ever get the opportunity to go and try it, then do. We will definitely be back :)

“Great Carvery - Warm and Friendly Staff”
Reviewed 10 December 2013

Visited last Sunday after not having gone for ages (we live hours away!) to meet family for a Sunday carvery. Greeted by a friendly and chatty barman who talked with us for a while till our relatives arrived - no problem with them being late.
4 of us had the carvery - turkey and beef, it was all yummy, bar the sprouts which could have doubled for bullets, but that was fine. The belly of pork looked nice and the cod seemed good, but a smallish portion considering the cost.
Those of us who had the carvery left stuffed as for £12 you also get a pudding. I'd definitely go back.
