Been to the restaurant at Chilworth Manor many times and the food is mind-blowing! The creativity, unique ingredients, presentation and of course, the taste, always make a visit, one to remember! Thoroughly recommended!

Beautiful venue and formal dining room. The food was equal to the grand surroundings. My family were celebrating my daughter's birthday, ages from 4 to76. With a wide range of choices to suit all tastes, we all enjoyed our meals. The food was well presented, cooked to perfection and served with a smile. Any queries regarding the menu were answered and special requests were dealt with and no errors were made. Nothing was too much trouble and we were made to feel very special by the friendly and attentive staff. We are all looking forward to our next visit.

Beautiful and grand venue, feel like you are pulling up at Downton Abbey.
Then it all goes wrong.
Poorly trained staff who know nothing about the menu or food in general.
NO atmosphere - a completely dead feel about the place
Feels very unloved
Good host waiter who my Grandmother adored and excellent value for money
But PLEASE Best Western - give this place some love, TLC, have a pianist playing, put out some flowers, bring the whole place to life!
The Best Western logo should also be downplayed as it brings down the whole tone of this property.
This should be a 5 star restaurant!

Dinner was at best tepid bordering on cold. As it was vegetarian (no uncooked meat with the possibility of e-coli) and I had limited time I went with it - but very disappointing.Don't know if it was a limited menu due to being in the depths of winter but there was only two choices for a vegetarian - luckily only stayed two nights. The bar food is expensive.
