We were looking for place for last night before flight. We decided to take one in Tivoly. It seams it was best decision. The hotel location is great, nearby thd sites of Tivoly and only 10 minutes from Rebbibia metro station to rome. Friendly staff, good local restorant and supermarket nearby, nice equipped rooms and great breakfest buffet. Perfect. Warmly recommanded.

Newer, modern hotel a bit away from Tiviloi. Check-in staff was great. Breakfast staff not so nice. We felt like they did not like tourists and made only the minimum effort. THis hotel seeded to get a lot of business travelers, not vacationers.

The room size was large. A/C worked very well, Clean, Quiet, easy parking. The bed was poor.

However, it was a reasonably priced hotel in an area that is pricey. And we got what we needed - good night sleep.

The attractions in Tivoli do not get the press they deserve. This was an excellent stop over. All the attractions: Villa d'Este, Villa Adriana, and Parco Villa Gregoriana are wonderful and you cannot do all three justice without a night in Tivoli.

We stayed here in August 2013 for one night on our way from Florence down to Sorrento. The rooms are very modern and the staff is friendly and professional. We enjoyed the breakfast and then were on our way to Hadrian's Villa which is only a mile or so away.

This is a beautiful hotel that has free parking and a good breakfast buffet. The staff, especially Mr. Beninati, was so helpful and pleasant. There is a bus stop just a block away from the hotel, that will take you right to the middle of town--tickets can be purchased at the tabac just across the street. My husband had hurt his back, so we could not visit Hadrian's Villa, but I think you might be able to walk to that site. This hotel has a handy grocery store right next store, which is very nice. The only downfall to us, was that we didn't see any restaurants right near the hotel, and we didn't feel comfortable walking around after dark. I believe someone said that there was one a few blocks away. We did visit Villa d'Este, which was beautiful. We were a little disappointed that we were there in early May, and the rooftop garden does not open till May 15. We had a good stay.

This hotel is convenient to Hadrian's Villa and is located right next door to a small supermarket. Staff were friendly and professional and breakfast was modest but decent (coffee was good and made to order). However, they are doing construction right now and our room was very noisy during the day. The heater was also extremely loud in our room and we eventually turned it off so we could sleep.

Room Tip: Bring ear plugs, or go in Summer when you don't need heat.
