“You will not get what you pay for”
We have speciicaly chosen this accommodation due to having sauna facilty. On arrival just discovered it wasn't working. Owner promised to resolve the problem but only showed up when we were leaving. The cottage was ok as a whole, but smelly odours in the bathroom and leaking shower with water dropping to the main living room.

Dear guest,
We have spoken regarding sauna issue on the day of your arrival via phone. I explained how to trigger the sauna and asked you to test it right away. You were also told to text or call me back in case it's not wrking that we will fix it immediately. As I did not receive any call or text from you I expected it's working fine. During the day of leaving we realized you send a text to wrong number, so we had no information that you are having troubles. We are sorry abou tthat but from our side we made everything we could to fullfill your requirements, but we can not fix the issue which is not reported to us. Host comming day after you were using sauna without any issues. One way or the other we are sorry about any inconv.
