On Wednesday 10/4/13 we ordered 4 pizzas for take out. We are a family visiting Canberra from Melbourne. Sadly the pizzas were the worst we have ever had and not one of us finished our meal. They went in the bin. It was a huge waste of our money and very over priced. The crust was very dry and tasted like cracker biscuits. There was barely any sauce or cheese. There was no taste of any seasonings to enhance any flavor. The fresh herbs were so minimal that you could not taste them. Food is all about taste and flavor but sadly these pizzas had no taste or flavor. My pizza was supposed to have rocket and rosemary on it but there was none. To further add insult you do not use mozzarella cheese on all the pizzas. One had tasty cheese on it! It was very disappointing and for these reasons we would not recommend your establishment. We attempted to make contact via email and phone however the email bounced and no one was answering the phone. The staff on the night just did not care.

Thank you for your feedback. I am equally disappointed that you did not enjoy your experience with our pizzas. I have since had a discussion with the Kitchen staff for the inappropriate toppings we pride ourselves on consistency and this seem to have been neglected on this one particular occasion. I have also discussed with the wait staff how important service is and under no circumstances should they have treated you in that manner. It is good to receive feedback either positive or negative so that way I can do further training to make sure this does not happen again. Regards Mel

I suppose we should have been tipped off by the fact that 7 pm on a Saturday night there were very few patrons...here is our experience.
- cheesy garlic pizza - pizza was a bit doughy and the topping only covered about 2/3rds of the pizza . Score 5/10
- my prawn fettucine in white wine sauce, to quote Manu from MKR "where is the sauce?" It was bland, the prawns were obviously frozen. The only flavour came from the fresh parmesan on top. sSore 2/10
- my hisband's lasagne, was dry and the sauce tasted stongly of tomatio paste. The greek salad was 90% iceberg lettuce with a couple pieces of tomato and cucumber, olives and lots of not very tasty feta. Score 5 /10
- my frozen maragartita- I think the tequila bottle was only waved over the top of the glass. Score 2/10

Not many places these day will welcome groups or children and these guys do with open arms. Food is great for the price and and well as for all that pretty stuff you don't get that but your in the city close to everything and most meals are under $20. You be the judge. We will be back next time in town.
