The rooms are clean and spacious, breakfast has a good range and all staff were helpful and well informed about any questions asked. Close to all of Canberra's attractions, highly recommend to all.

I spent a single night in this hotel, it is a nice little gem in Australia, its very modern and fresh looking, the prices are reasonable and the service is great.
The staff went to great lengths to assist me and my guest with every request.

Room Tip: If you are traveling for business as a two man team, ask for the double bedroom suite, great for 2 p...

From point of check in the service was fantastic everything flowed. The staff were perkie and helpful and fast . In house restaurants were fantastic the pool spa area was a little noisie too acoustic but over all it was a superior stay to the Ridges and the Hystt on previous occasions. The prices are up there but all worth it spa was also superior no wonder they were awarded the best hotel in Canberra.

The Hotel Realm in Canberra is a very new addition to the hotel scene in Canberra. It is situated very close to the parliament house region, an array of galleries and museums, is a short walk to the surrounds of Lake Burley Griffin and is close enough to the shops and cafes of Manuka. The rooms are very modern, spacious and well appointed - all with a touch of class. The reception area and foyer are very grand and the service is friendly, very helpful and unobtrusive. The hotel bar is very good with fine array of drinks, good food and excellent service. This was an excellent base for a business trip to Canberra and, speaking to others who experienced a conference hosted at this hotel, the attention to detail and service in the conference rooms was also of a high quality. One small issue is the speed and availability of the lifts - a little on the slow side!

Recently stayed one night in an executive suite at Hotel Realm. The room was very modern, clean and fancy. The Hotel itself had everything you could ask for, with an impressing gym, long pool, good restaurant and bars and friendly and helpful reception. The breakfast was not a huge selection but everything was of a high quality. 10/10

Recently stayed over the Easter weekend (3 nights), I can honestly say this hotel is a refreshing and welcomed change to the style and service that other hotels have to offer.

We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite with balcony, lounge and kitchenette ( inc washing machine!) with cool decor and comfortable furnishings.
The rooms are well appointed with nice little touches like nespresso coffee machine, iPhone docking player/ charger, complimentary toiletries by L'Occitane and mini mac by apple ( tv, radio, DVD player in one small unit).
Unfortunately the apple system was to prove the only disappointment of the stay, the TV's continually lost reception with the picture freezing rendering it unwatchable; a couple of calls to reception resulted in a visit by the hotel technician, although this did not improve things. (The hotel did admit teething troubles with the apple system in some rooms so it would be worth asking beforehand if the room allocated to you has good tv reception if this is important to you).

The rooms appear to be well soundproofed and considering the hotel was pretty full there was no disturbance from above or from the corridors.

The breakfast restaurant however is quite small for a hotel this size (you can sit at tables outside if the weather is warm enough) and over Easter it did become very busy especially with families.

Reception staff were attentive and restaurant staff polite. The steam room, sauna, spa and pool were enjoyable if a little disappointing that the open times were limited due to the Easter weekend, (surely that is the time when people want these sort of things to relax?)
Apart from the inability to watch TV/films (I wouldn't hold this against the Realm for pushing technology and equipment boundaries) i had a thoroughly enjoyable stay and would certainly stay here again.
