“The Best tour guide to the Blue Mountains”
Reviewed 10 January 2013

I know this review is late in coming, but better late than never, right. My husband and I took a small tour with Australian Eco Adventures to the Blue Mountains departing from Sydney. It was such a good tour, made so by our tour guide, PAUL. He was really great with all the information he communicated, on the way there, while there and coming home. While the Blue Mountains are special in their own right, the tour would not have been as memorable without Paul. Need I say more? Lunch was included in the days tour at a nice golf club, which we had to ourselves.

“Blue Mountain day tour”
Reviewed 15 November 2012

A really great planned trip---maybe a little too planned. Rob was very informative and had a very nice trip planned. The only negative to the trip was that we felt rushed. We started off a little behind because he had pick ups in more than one hotel and then the road construction driving to the mountains. We would have enjoyed the trip more if he had not been so determined for us to be on the 5:15 ferry. I don't think anyone would have minded taking the next ferry out which would have given us time to have a more relaxed lunch and been able to browse in the Katoomba gift shop.

“Blue Mountains are incredible”
Reviewed 2 July 2012

My wife and I decided to opt for a 2 day tour of the blue mountains in the belief we would be able to experience further attractions during the extra day. Unfortunately this was far from the case, alas we were left at a hotel about 1Km from the centre of Katoomba, down and up a steep hill, definately not ideal for someone with walking difficulties.

On our way out to the blue mountains we called off at a small zoo and then travelled out to the mountains where we spent an enjoyable and interesting time at the sky park. Day 2 we left the hotel at the time we arrived the previous day and after a final short stop as we left the mountains we drove back to Sydney.

“Great small personalised tour”
Reviewed 14 January 2012

Just arrived back from a really enjoyable day to the Blue Mountains. Rob was an excellent guide and did verything in his power to make it an enjoyable day.sadly the weather was against us when we did get there, but the rest of the day lived up to my expectations. I would go again as the small group made it so much better. Rob has promised discount too.

“Like a trip with a knowledgable friend”
Reviewed 17 August 2011

Was a small intimate tour that felt like it was taylored just for us. Max our guide was personable, knowledgeable and genuine. He was well versed in everything from geography to plants to history to current affairs but never came off like a recording. The tour takes in a lot anyway but felt Max went that extra mile to let us truly experience Australia and things one doesn't always get to as a tourist. Eco Adventures made us feel like they wanted us to get to know Australia not just fill a tour bus. Saw kangaroos in the wild among other things. I will and have recommended them.
