stayed one night 11/11/13 in no 38 well worth the money 2 bedrooms (comfy beds) well laid out good sized bathroom good hot water. good kitchen very comfortable lounge good tv great verandah weather was bad still made everything green . road noise was loud outside but fine inside. lots of roadworks makes it a bit tricky but roadworks seem to be every where these days. would suggest arriving in daylight otherwise between the roadworks and traffic could miss the turn off at night time. great stopover place

Room Tip: definitely recommend bure 38

Me and my partner thoroughly enjoyed our stay here in a spa Bure that we could enjoy in the beautiful tropical surroundings with views of the sea.

Our bure was beautifully presented and clean containing everything we needed.

Drinks and dinner at the on site restaurant highly recommended too!

Look forward to staying again!

Booked and paid ahead for what we thought would be a romantic wedding anniversary in a room with a spa on the deck. Pics showed a lovely spa with greenery, palms/ferns surrounding it. Looked secluded and cosy. We were sadly mistaken, and shocked when we opened the door of our room to find a room resembling something we'd find in a caravan park, and the "romantic" spa overlooking the entire resort...and full of leaves, grubby, as was the deck and looking like it had been a while since anyone had set foot out there. I live just down the road and know it had not been windy that day. I understand a few leaves can blow around, but this was something quite different. When I complained I was met with a sarcastic response, and offered $25 of my $169 booking fee. Only after I declared my plans to review the "resort" was I offered an upgrade, but by then I was so disgusted I took my measly $25 and left. I would not recommend this place to enemies...and certainly not to friends
As I drove away I wanted to kick myself for not photographing this room...

Room Tip: Be VERY careful about booking a room on line if you haven't stayed in one or been somewhere befo...

$165 + $5.50 credit card charge.

The rooms were last renovated in the 70's - the tiles and vanity gave it away.

Throw in an air conditioner to make it modern - not.

The old style sliding panels below the front windows - so 50's.

Now it was clean and tidy, just so old.

We had apartment 7. The other newer buildings may be different.

Please do yourself a favour and spend the extra money and stay somewhere else.

Staff were nice and friendly and we had a great meal at the restaurant, fairly expensive but well presented and nice efficient service. The cabin we were allocated was number15 On arriving st the bure I was concerned to find the entry steps broken and hoped it wasnt a sign if things to come. The tv was fairly new and that was fine, Unfortunately it didnt make up for the general lack of cleanliness, old and dirty furniture, the smell of dampness and general decay . I understand that the cabins are privately owned, all I can say is if you decide to stay make sure you dont get this bure I wont be back sorry.
