Great location, nice presentation, clean and tidy, very helpful staff,
Reasonably priced.

A walking distance to the Harbor, botanical gardens and opera house.

Great spots To eat all around.
Fantastic coffee place right next door.

Enjoyed our stay and will be back.

Stayed for about a week in a two bedroom apartment on the 1st floor. I like the Quest at Potts point because of its central location ( close to the station, can get a taxi any time of the day and only a half hr walk to the opera house area, through the botanical gardens). I also like the homely atmosphere which is a reflection of the super friendly and helpful staff.
If you are looking for the sterile atmosphere of a five star hotel in the Centre of the CBD this hotel is not for you but if you would like to experience " the real Australia" you can't beat the location as it is close to all the places tourists go to but in a very lively location. If you want to have dinner away from the hustle and bustle of Darlinghurst road, just ask the staff and they will direct you to some quaint little restaurants not marked on any lonely planet guide which are walking distance from the hotel.

Loved the ultra convenient location right smack in the middle of Potts Point. Great restaurants and lounges around. Rooms however were very small, bathroom tiny. I may stay here again if they lowered the price. If you stay here it's to sleep, not spend time in the room. Although it was quite clean and staff were friendly.

I stayed in this hotel for a month, during my work, managing a temporarly exhibition at the Opera House. My colleagues and I were a bit worry as comments in trip adviser weren't so good. Now, it happened that a new management just steped in and what a management! Joanna was so kind and gererous to us along our stay that i wouldn't have words for describing her hospitality. The apartments are great, the hotel is in a fantastic location but the most important is that Joanna really put her soul into! So you just don't feel staying at a hotel but at the house of a dear freind. I would never recomand this place enough and would definitively come back for future buisness trip to sydney.

Room Tip: ask for the studio apartment on th last floor. there is a magnificent roof terrasse with an awsome v...

Joanna and her staff were very welcoming and went out of their way to help us through the whole trip. The apartment was new, clean and bright, in a very accessible part of Sydney and the service is great and made us feel right at home. Thanks so much for a fantastic trip. Lach and Erica.

The hotel location is perfect, off the main street making it really quiet to sleep in it, and just two stops from the town center. It's actually so close that we walked a few times to cbd:) The room was spacious enough to comfortably accommodate the two of us, having the cooking appliances in your room enables to quickly prepare a breakfast before heading out or even having dinner after a long day. Rooms were clean and tidy, bed was very, very comfortable. The staff at the reception were very friendly and helpful, they've gave us a few tips what is worth seeing and what's the easiest way to get there. It was a perfect choice for us, as we didn't rent a car but traveled using the public transport.

Modern and comfortable. Well equipped for simple cooking.
A 5 min walk to the metro.
My toddler picked-up a couple of dead roaches!! One in the concierge and one in the room. The staff explained that it was due to recent pest control but the 2nd roach looked like its been there for weeks. Therefore, not the best for cleanliness.

No point taking the airport shuttle($14 per pax arranged by concierge) if your party has more than 3 members. Rude driver and a waste of time picking up guests from other hotels (I am aware that it is an external service, but this is the only way I can feedback about the transport service).
