“Excellent Accommodation, Great Value & Strategic Location!”
Reviewed 25 April 2012

We stayed at Bellevue for 9 nights and had an absolutely fantastic stay! Rob & Heather are truly excellent hosts and we felt well cared for especially with the good breakfast spread we enjoyed. Great location and very reasonable rates! Its most certainly recommended to anyone who wants a clean, quiet, elegant yet value-for-money stay just within walking distance of the Sydney CBD.

Room Tip: The blue double room is large and has an excellent view of Sydney skyline!..

My friend and I stayed at this establishmnet in October and never again.
This place
is advertised as a B&B but it is nothing of the sort it is nothing but a privately glorified private house.
The peope who run this are managers and demand cash for payment which was fine by us but the accomodation was tired bedrooms dust everywhere.

The breakfast in the morning is nothing more than a dried piece of ham, a bit of fruit,
a drink of juice ,and a dried roll, and if you dont take that the same meal is dished up the next morning having being put back in the fridge if you leave it with foil for some other poor unsuspecting person.
The couple are strange they live downstairs and you never see them they are out at business all day a very queer set up.
We didnt like it stuck at the back of beyond I felt my money could have been spent elsewhere at a nice guest house not this place.
Oh and just so you know if you have any walking impairment the nearest bus stop to town is twenty minutes walk away extremely dissapointed the start of a five week tour made us quite depressed.
Not recommended.

I stayed with my adult daughter, and they could not offer 2 single beds at the time, so we shared. The staff member was polite. The bed was comfortable, the room was quaintly decorated, quiet and clean. The breakfast was beautifully laid out for us in the morning. It was only 15 minute walk to Darling Harbour and 20 mins to Sydney Uni, which suited us both. Nice aspect in a quiet street, with plenty of parking. Highly recommended.
