Description: Chefs Gallery is a Sydney Chinese dining experience like no other. Its exceptional menu presents masterpieces from all corners of China in a sumptuous kaleidoscopic explosion of fresh and exciting flavours, textures and aromas. At Chefs Gallery we embrace the Chinese cultural heritage of sharing meals - where dining is casual in its structure with no designated entrees or main courses. Instead, our Chapas (Chinese style tapas) offers an extensive range of creative dishes with a modern twist that are specially prepared in delicious small portions for sampling and sharing with family and friends. Among these are some traditional and familiar dishes that have also been given the Chefs Gallery Chapas treatment. The signature Chefs Gallery fresh, handmade noodles take centre stage behind the glass-walled kitchen. Patrons can watch the culinary theatre as balls of special noodle dough are transformed to form the finished twists of delicate noodles, in a blur of dexterous hand movements by the master noodle chef. From traditional noodles to new flavours like spinach and squid ink, these silken strands are all freshly prepared, being pulled, split and folded in minutes and cooked specifically to your order.

Just around the corner from the George St cinemas is this friendly, popular, super efficient kitchen. We love coming after the movies as we know we'll get tasty, quick food.

Tonight we enjoyed wontons in chickens soup and duck San Choy Bao with our Tsing Tao beer.

We arrived at 8:45 and finished eating at 9:30pm. It was delicious and fresh.

Tonight we had seats in front if the glassed in working kitchen. The chefs love to show off their wok & noodle skills!

Reasonably priced & highly recommended for casual eating.

This is one of those restaurants which combines great food with efficient service, and an entertainment atmosphere with the open kitchen--- we sat along the glass wall with a view of the kitchen and were mesmerised by the noodle maker and the roti maker--- gifted chefs who make things look like an art form------ yeah as mentioned in other reviews food is more expensive than other places, but sometimes you get what you pay for; My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our lunch and would highly recommend it to others

Good service and the food was delicious. It is pricy but def worth it. The atmosphere of the restaurant was beautiful and the food was not only delicious but very good to look at. Great to go here for special events.

As other reviewers have mentioned, the queues are pretty unreasonable, considering how fast and efficient the kitchen is. The food was good, but I've certainly have had much better else where (and at almost half to 3/4's of the price).

It's a nice location, but I believe that's the only reason food is so pricey here.
