We stayed here for the first 5 nights of our holiday in Australia.
This is a modern hotel and what you would expect from the Four Seasons brand - good quality surroundings, good rooms and good service. What makes it stand out is the location - right on the harbour and within walking distance of some of the highlights that Sydney has to offer. The historic and quaint Rocks area is right on the doorstep, quite literally. Circular Quay, the hub of all the harbour ferries, is within 50m - taking a ferry to manly or Watsons Bay is a must. The Opera House is just across the harbour and there are a range of good resaurants in the vicinity. Take an early morning walk through the Botanic Gardens to McQuarrie Point for a great view of the Opera House and Harbour Bridge in the early morning light - you will not forget it!

Love it, love the pillows, the bed, the wine and cheese on arrival, the milk and cookies for the children, the concierge, the gym, the pool, the conference facilities. We had a room over looking the harbour and the Opera House, a million dollar view. Everything was spot on for a lovely stay. We had two rooms, with ourselves in a larger suite and two children next door.

Only hitch was the restaurant, great staff, and food, but a little over priced for what you received.

We arrived at 0800 in morning after a very long flight - nothing was to much trouble - within forty five mins of us arriving the room was ready - we did get the wrong room first when we check in - we had paid for opera view and when we got to the first room it didnt have that view - however I went down to reception and a lady called Marie sorted for me - she was so good and the room she then gave me was amazing. The hotel location is just wonderful right in circular quay by the ferries with the opera house right in front. The restuarants and shops are two minutes walk away if that. The pool was great 0 just what you need after sight seeing - what was amazing was the staff by the pool as soon as you sat down brought iced lemon water, sun cream and magazine and towel in a basket for you - they even moved sunbed when the sun moved - wonderful service - the decking area by the pool was great to eat as well.
The breakfast was the best you can imagine with a great selection of everything and even when the hotel was full the service and attention to detail was wonderful.
To sum up this is well woth everything you pay and when you wake up to view off the opera house you never want to go to sleep - the views are the best ever. Great hotel!!

I stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved the location. We had a harbor view room which was a FANTASTIC view! Rooms are pretty small but well decorated and very clean. The concierge made multiple restaurant suggestions and reservations for us which was extremely helpful and really enhanced our time in Sydney.

Great hotel. Staff was friendly and courteous. The Concierge was simply amazing - got me into Tetsuya the same day and did a lot of other work for me.

Keep in mind that when you book an Opera View Room, it will only be a partial view, not full, which is a bummer as other hotels have the full view.

There was an issue with the TV in my room - gave a fuzzy picture. I asked fot it to be fixed and it wasn't done. Only disappointing aspect.
