Staff greeted us by name at 11.30pm when we arrived. A porter assisted with our bags to our apartment, advised us where to find dinner, SIM cards and an adaptor. Contrary to other reviews, while this property is not the Ritz, it is perfectly adequate for tourists on a flying visit to beautiful Sydney.

Room Tip: It is in the city so if noise bothers you as high as possible and on the right corner so you have a...

I would not recommend this hotel it is very tired and dated certainly not what is portrayed on its site. The kingsize bed was two different sized single beds pushed together, kitchen cupboards were flooded and when reported a larger container was placed in said cupboard that we needed to keep emptying. It was disappointing as it's situation is perfect in the middle of Darling Harbour. Certainly wouldn't stay again.

Stayed over the Easter break was exactly what my partner and I needed! The apartment we had booked through our travel agent was rather big in size. Bedroom and lounge had enough sun light coming through which was good. The gentlemen that checked us into our apartment was very lovely and had our bags brought up when our apartment was ready. Road traffic noise was a little annoying at certain times of the evening as we were on the third level. Overall, it was a great stay and excellent to take a much needed break away!

Room Tip: We would request to stay on a higher level on our next stay.

I was reluctant to try this hotel after reading other reviews but it was the cheapest at darling harbour over the Easter weekend so I gave it a go and we were not disappointed.
The location is perfect and only a 2 minute walk to the centre of darling harbour and about 10 minutes to Pitt Street mall so you have the best of both worlds.
We had a one bedroom apartment and it was spacious enough with a king size bed and a sliding door opening out onto the balcony which was very small but at least we could let fresh air in - room also had a lovely view of the city too.
The only downside to the apartment was that the bathroom was fairly dated but as I said the price was good so not really complaining about that.

Definitely not 4* but still good value for money. Other 4* hotels were much more expensive & ultimately 'you get what you pay for'. Other reviewers should recognise this!
Initially put off by adverse reviews but for a brief overnight stay, within budget, took a chance.
Pleasantly surprized. Friendly, helpful staff; clean & spacious executive apartment.
Rooms need refreshing but generally clean & well equipped. A few tweaks & they'll be charging
double! Great central location. Good value air-port shuttle but only from the hotel, not available from the air-port which was a bit misleading.

This hotel is in a great location near to Darling Habour but we were very disappointed with the hotel itself. We booked a two bedroom apartment but what we got was two one bedroom apartments with a connecting hallway, this meant that we had to prop the doors open with door stops. This was not ideal with young children as we were worried they would knock away the stops leaving them locked inside their room. The hotel moved us the next evening to what they told us was an upgraded two bedroom apartment, I not see anything that would make me believe that this was a better quality apartment. Both apartments were not cleaned to a good standard and then the added insult was they tried to charge us $55 per night for the extra bed even though we had booked for two adults and three children. The rooms are looking very tired and the beds had definitely seen better days, this Hotel is in desperate need of a reverb, though the washing machine and tumble drier were a nice touch. A $40 charge per night for parking in the worse underground car park I have ever seen was disgraceful. There is only one way in and out with barely enough room for a large car to make the sharp corners we dreaded meeting another car. When this did in fact happen we had to back up two floors to the one turning spot, this was sheer hell.
I would have to say that this hotels one saving grace was its lovely staff who always did what they could to help and should therefore be recommended for their good work.

One of the best choices in terms of location and price. Major attractions are all within walking distance.
Staffs are very nice and helpful. The two bedroom apartment we had came with a spacious sitting area and a small balcony.
We had a very enjoyable stay and would recommend it to families travelling with kids.

Room Tip: Ask for higher floors and rooms facing Darling Harbour.
