Stayed for a Saturday night. Location is good if you want To go to the rocks or circular key. One bedroom suite was spacious and well equipped. lovely view. Quiet room. Comfy bed. Only problem was one of our swipe keys did not work. Didn't matter as we only required one, but a bit annoying. Buffet breakfast was great

Stayed here for 5 nights. Absolutely loved the view from the 1 bedroom suite. A great view from both the bedroom, the loungeroom and the balcony of course. Fantastic swimming pool. Very close to everything down this end of town. Great service from the staff. Everything was perfect and whilst its not the cheapest place in Sydney thought it was worth the cost.

Room Tip: Ask for a room higher up.

I have stayed off and on at the Quay West of late, although was a frequent guest a couple of years ago, and I have felt that whenever I go, it feels comfortable and like coming to my second home. The service I have received over the years has certainly varied (not too much of course) but it has always retained a strong welcoming feel, with quality and genuine helpful service wrapped up in the package. I think I have stayed in over half of the rooms in the hotel over the last 5 year's, many multiple times too. I have found quality does change in minute ways from room to room, but as a professional place which I have conducted business and also relaxed in (in the evenings,) I find none compare. I give them the 4.5 stars, although I can only give them 5 circles on this site. (erring on excellent!)

Welcome home!

Room Tip: Higher floors are certainly better, from street noise. Corner rooms have a nicer view. If you want...

Look to the left and you see the Harbour Bridge, Look to the right you see the Opera House - What a spectacular place. Walking distance to the Rocks - Beautiful Hotel - Great Service - There is nothing not to like about this place. Recommend Highly. Made our short stay in Sydney very memorable.

Room Tip: Get a harbour view room - you will not be dissapointed

Great spot for a weekend in Sydney. Upgraded to a Deluxe City View Suite which was very roomy and comfortable.Staff were very pleasant and helpful. Views from pool area are amazing and made for some great photography.Easy walk to the Rocks and Circular Quay so can leave the car although parking was $39. there were 3 of us and it was nice not to be charged extra for the third person. We had a gift voucher for the room which made it very economical otherwise it's a little more expensive than we usually would consider.

Excellent location, a wee bit hard to find the right door! Plenty of room in suite for longer stay. Staff a little offhand.

The view from the 23rd floor (swimming pool) is absolutely amazing. It took my breath away to see the whole of Sydney Harbour with the Bridge and the Opera House right before my eyes. Our apartment on the 17th floor was classed as City View. Nonetheless, we still had a partial view of the harbour which was brilliant. The apartment was top notch and certainly had the wow factor. It was absolutely spotless and very well equipped with everything you could need although you do need to be tall to reach into the cupboards! The staff were very helpful and did their best to please.
The location of Quay West Suites in Sydney is ideal as all of the major attractions/shops/restaurants are all within easy walking distance and with Circular Quay only five minutes away a trip on the ferry to Manly is so easy.
The only downside was the temperature of the lovely swimming pool. I was really looking forward to swimming in the beautiful pool only to find that it was really cold. A heated pool would make all the difference as I enjoy a daily swim but getting into a cold pool is not my idea of fun. The spa pool however was a great temperature.

Room Tip: Ask for a room on the upper floors to get the better views
