Just wanted to say that my stay at the Radisson Blu in Sydney was one of the best hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff were not only friendly, they could not do enough to help! Way to go guys! The room was super clean and was on the bigger size for a Sydney hotel, the room was quiet (I didn't hear outside noises) and the bed was really comfortable. Thank you for a wonderful stay!!

We stayed here for one night and had a lovely time here. The staff were fantastic - so helpful and polite and the concierge couldn't do more. The valet area is on the road but the concierge are quick to react and everything was stress free and easy with the car. Bags were brought up from car to room and then held at check out when we went into the city for the afternoon and then brought to the car when we set off along with complimentary water!

The room was brilliant. We had a corner room and loved the layout. The bathroom was next to the entrance and then you walked around an alcove to the bedroom. Bathroom had bath and separate shower room. Not sure about one of the reviews that said their room was old, our room looked brand new and kept to a very high standard. Bed was soo comfy and shower was powerful and hot.

We had a lovely swim and steam in the morning - lovely facilities and well kept.

Drink in the bar was a great way to unwind and rest the cockles after a days shop! Again, the bar staff were delightful, we even walked past one of the staff on the street after her shift and she recognised us and acknowledged us.

You can request a late check out too, which we did and they gave us a complimentary time of 1pm which was fantastic (gave us a lie in and fitted in well with our plans). You can get a late out until 6pm. After 1pm it is subject to approval and availability.

Great value for money too. Would stay here again. Stress free, relaxing stay and the while hotel has such a boutique 5star luxury feel from the moment you walk in.

We really enjoyed our three nights at the Radisson Blu Hotel for a range of reasons: great central position in Sydney's CBD so it was easy to walk or catch trains, buses and light rail everywhere; easy access to numerous good restaurants; excellent facilities and service in the hotel; extremely helpful staff; and a surprisingly good internal bistro. All the things you would expect in a very good hotel. The extra interest for us came from the adaption of a heritage building into a modern hotel. This has been done very well indeed, and the modern fixtures and fit-out complement the heritage values of the building.

We spent one night at the Radisson Blu, to be within walking distance of the Sydney Opera House, Darling Harbour and city shopping. The hotel is central to all of these, and is also handy to public transport. Check-in was a little slow, but came with an apology along with all the information we needed as new guests. Our late check-out was slick. All staff were very attentive without being 'in your face'. Our Premier Room was a goood size except for the smallish bathroom, which had a nice window looking out to the bedroom, that let in good outside light and made the room feel larger - and yes, there were shutters on the window to close for privacy. The shower needed a hit of bleach to dispose of some mould in the grout, but was otherwise the room was spotless. We had the pre-theatre two-course dinner that included a glass of wine for $35. This was uncomplicated, good food at a good price, delivered in style by attentive, friendly wait-staff. Breakfast was outstanding, as you would expect of a five-star hotel. It included eggs cooked any way to order, freshly squeezed orange juice, honey-glazed leg ham off the bone plus all the usual suspects for a hot buffet. But the pastries were below par. Overall the Radisson Blu is not cheap and it lacks something really special, but it delivers a good standard of accommodation with excellent service. We would recommend it.
