I have travelled to Sydney for business on a number of occasions and try to stay here as often as I can. This would have to be one of the best Sydney Hotels. I like how they have tried to retain the heritage style while still making this 5 star. The luxury bathroom with huge bathtub is to die for. The room and food service is high quality. As this Hotel is walking distance to Circular Quay and the number of restaurants is makes this an ideal place to stay.

The Radisson Blu in the CBD is a great destination hotel - it is a few short blocks from Wynyard station and walkable to Circular Quay and even the Botanical Garden, Darling Harbour and George Street shopping. The breakfast buffet, while a bit expensive at $25 AUD even with the Club Carlson discount, was delicious and had choices for everyone. We had a conference room rate but still had a refrigerator, desk and seating in our room. The room was spacious and comfortable, with all modern furnishings and amenities, yet the hotel ambiance was traditional and not at all chain-hotel feeling. The staff was so helpful, arranging for a week's worth of laundry to be done within a day for only $30 USD and making us an afternoon latte while we checked email in the bar. The wifi was strong and included in the rate. Room service was prompt and tasty. The concierge was helpful in recommending restaurants and making reservations even during busy Vivid Sydney. The neighborhood is safe and quiet at night.

We spent 5 nights at the Radisson after two cruises and before flying back to the US. We lived in Sydney for 3 years and knew this would be the perfect location for us as it is within walking distance of everything in the downtown area. Access to ferries, busses, trains, taxis is fantastic.

We stayed on the Business Class floor which was a great value. The hosts for morning and evening sessions were fabulous and very responsive to our needs. We found the food to be more than satisfactory and after long days catching up with Aussie friends were able to go to the Business Lounge, have a couple of drinks and nibbles and avoid paying large sums for dinner in the downtown area.

All of the staff is personable and ready to help whatever issue you might have. If and when we return to Sydney we will certainly not hesitate to choose the Radisson Blu.

Our stay at the Radission Blu during the Sydney Vision Festival was perfect.
The old sandstone exterior, the modern, up to date decor of the interior, the professional at all times staff to the excellent location made this one of the best stays in Sydney we have ever had.
I would recommend any visitor to opt for the business class package as it offers excellent value for money.
We will definitely be staying here on our next visit to this beautiful city.

Room Tip: Higher floors have little to no audible outside noise. The rooms are quite large and well appointed...

Great hotel and attentive, friendly staff. Good location for CBD and Circular Quay exploring. Helpful nearby public transport. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Very quiet despite location. Great stay.

This hotel is absolutely STUNNING! Elegant, pristine decor, delicious 'Peter Morrissey' amenities, the bedding is 'out of this world' in particular the MARSHMELLO pillows that contour to your head! A huge shout out to TROY from Concierge... His service was outstanding! While we waited for our car, he went above & beyond! His small gesture to bring us complimentary chilled bottles of water was greatly appreciated after we had had a big night out. His professional, super hospitable nature left a lasting impression on us. Thank you from the Kiwi ladies who you shared some kiwi humor with :) Keep up the great work TROY! You ARE the CONSUMMATE HOSPITALITY PROFESSIONAL. For this, I highly recommend this establishment and we will definitely return!

I'm so glad we chose the Radisson for our stay while attending the Rotary International convention. Located in an historic building it has so much character and beautifully appointed rooms. The location is ideal. We are runners and it was just a few blocks to the Royal Botanical Gardens where we did our morning runs. Lots of trails away from the exhaust fumes of the city and along Sydney Harbour and the Opera House. Great restaurants, The Rocks and the metro stop are just a short walk away. We didn't eat at the Radisson restaurants. There were just too many too explore nearby.

The staff of the Radisson were superb. All in all we couldn't have made a better choice.

Room Tip: Get a room in an upper floor. It's a bit quieter.
