“Great Hotel and Perfect Location”
5 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 18 June 2014

Couldn't fault our two night stay at the Grace Hotel.
The location is perfect, less than a 10 minute walk to Darling Harbour, and the saem in the opposite direction to Pitt St Mall.
The staff were great esepcially the Concierge - more than happy to help and nothing was too much of an ask for them.
Rooms were spacious and clean, beds were huge and comfy.
Would definately recommend staying here.

After several stays in multiple hotels around Sydney's CBD, finally there's a winner! Yes you get charged $15.00 AUD for internet per night, but IT ACTUALLY WORKS! Not like other hotels, the rooms are spacious, very comfortable, super quiet even when you have street view, I ordered room service breakfast a few times and they where always on time and exactly what I had ordered. The staff was very nice and always willing to help. After many fails I will stay here next business trips to Sydney. There's also a pub inside the hotel and plenty of cafes and restaurants walking distance. Stay at the Grace, you won't be disappointed.

Room Tip: I think all the rooms are very quiet.

Location is very good, very walkable, the rooms are fine- clean, just typical for a business hotel type of room. The room service food was pretty good.

Why 3 stars? Because they charge for wireless internet per 24 hours. This place was a bit too 'corporate' for my taste...too big, too many rooms, nothing special about the rooms at all- could have been anywhere. I felt they had sucked the personality right out of it. And the charging for internet is just lame.

Got one of the many deals the Hotel was offering and had a fantastic 2 night stay. We got upgraded to a deluxe room, the standard of the room and the Hotel and staff were excellent.
The breakfast was wonderful. A couple of minor little problems that were fixed immediately (our free champagne was not delivered). Everything worked, even the airconditioning in the room!

Room Tip: Ask for an upgrade.

Had three nights booked here over a weekend period. The location was great service was great. I felt the hotel room was very dated and very average for the price. We were on level 5 and could hear traffic noise at night and also people in the next room so was woken frequently. Overall a very average experience and stay.

With special rates often on offer, It's an excellent Sydney base

Room Tip: Each of the suites have a different theme. Corner rooms are particularly bright.

My wife and I stayed at the hotel for 3 nights when we were touring Australia and New Zealand. The hotel has a long history, but has been renewed and we were very satisfied with our stay.
The receptions staff were quick and very helpsome.
The breakfast had a very wide range of options and the waiters were friendly and serviceminded.
The hotel is situated not far from Darling Harbour where you can find a huge number of good restaurants. To walk to the Opera house takes 25 minutes and close to the hotel you find the high class shops at George street.
