The Bridge is unique and beautiful. Walking across the bridge is easy and you can walk from Milsons Point to Circular Quay or other way around. The train station at Milsons Point is not very far from the steps to the bridge walk so you can get to it easily. There are driving lanes and train tracks in the middle. On one side there is a walkway and on the other side there is a cycle track.

You can also climb the bridge (if you are fit enough, willing and willing to pay for it). There is also a cheaper way of looking how it feels up there by paying small amount around $10 your can go up one of the Pavilion.

Despite a serious fear of heights, I tackled the bridge so that my wife could see it. The guides were great at dealing with fears and phobias. I survived it, and, looking back, I am glad that I challenged myself to do it. My wife absolutely loved it! I have to admit that the view was magnificent.

We came on our honeymoon and when we were planning it we originally thought about missing this out due to the cost, but I am so glad we found the money to do it.

We took a "twilight" trip up the bridge and wow was it worth it, we were lucky for midwinter that the weather for our entire visit was fantastic and climb day was no different. This meant on the way up in the daylight to arrive at the top of the bridge as the sun set down over the city scape and coming back down the bridge with the city lights sparking up and sparkling away.

The whole experience is well designed and thought out if a little over the top in some places. Taking you through a "pre-climb" briefing, kitting up and practice walking in the secure harness system.

The views are amazing, the guides knowledgeable and everyone on the team friendly despite no doubt working long days in what may not be the most fascinating role (just helping people climb a ladder or get dressed properly!).

The down side is that despite spending $300 each we still had to pay for costly photos as cameras are prohibited on the climb.

In summary we would highly recommend the experience to anyone visiting as one of the "must do's" in Sydney.

Thank theders

Wow. So glad I climbed the bridge! We'd planned to go on the express climb but decided, after seeing the routes, to do the longer as we really wanted to walk the top of the bridge. Great decision! We had a wonderful guide and this outfit has the process down, from getting suited up to the simulations before you climb and the instructions, it's all very well done. Amazing views, small groups and almost anyone can do it--we had a woman who celebrated her 70th birthday the day we went up, so cool! Definitely worth the money and I'm glad we got additional photos!
