We were not expecting too much, but it was beautiful inside and worth admission. There are other interesting things to see in Sydney if you are short of time, but if you have time I can recommended to stop by for a little visit. It is peaceful and a good place to sit and read a bit.

A visit to the Chinese Garden of Friendship is like a trip to another land with exotic landscapes, lakes, quiet corners for meditation and a Tea House for refreshments. Absolutely beautiful! A very popular place for weddings but also if you just need some time-out from everyday life.

We enjoyed our walk through the garden. Very serene, beautiful. A nice little walk in the middle of the city.

The Chinese Garden of Friendship is an absolute gem in the heart of Sydney at Darling Harbour. We were astounded at the spectacular blend of architecture and natural design. There were peaceful walkways and places for silent meditation, and everywhere the scenery was really wonderful. A must-see attraction -- if you have time, grab lunch or afternoon tea at their café.

Right in the middle of one of the most bustling lively energised, and energising, cities I've ever visited is this haven of peace and tranquillity. I was so lucky that this amazing garden was on the doorstep of my hotel. Go for a run around Darling Harbour and then cool down and chill out here. My only complaint? I was visiting it solo :(
