This venue was chosen to provide an activity which would be fun & challenging for the Scout families and our small group had a good time out on the high ropes on a beautiful day. The parents who chose not to get 'roped up' were able to have a relaxing seat in the shade, right next to the activity, and keep an eye on the kids as they progressed through the challenges. With snacks and a swim to follow in the Aquatic Centre a good afternoon was had by all.

What a fantastic day for my daughter's 10th birthday party. The course, the challenges and the staff were fantastic. 4 challenges courses were just enough for these girls to have so much fun...it helped them build up some confidence too. Two hours of fun just flew by. Best of all is that your fee allows you to have a swim in the aquatic centre after it too.

We had my son's 11th Birthday Party here last Sunday at 12:30pm. Most of the kids had a great time although a couple found it a bit daunting and had to quit at the second level.

Any child with a sense of adventure will love it and even the more timid children will get a great sense of satisfaction by completing parts of the course.

I did the course with my 8 year old daughter and we loved it. She needed a little help but she mostly did it on her own. We didn’t do the last course (the black run) as we ran out of time although 5 out of the 6 boys did it and now they can’t wait to return!

We brought along our own food and had no trouble finding 4 of the Aquatic Centre’s round plastic tables to put together with a dozen chairs. I imagine this might be a bit more difficult in summer although why anyone would go to an indoor pool in summer is beyond me!

The downside to this was that we had to carry eskies full of food and drinks all the way from the car-park, through the Aquatic Centre, down the stairs, across the concourse and into the park.
As a suggestion for the future, maybe have a drop-off area inside the centre where people could drive in to drop off all their stuff and offer reserved areas for parties?

All in all though, it was a great day out and the guys who run it were extremely safety conscious and very helpful.

It was school holiday and the amount of kids playing reflected this however it is really well designed with lots of different play equipment so wasn't a problem. Great seating in and around the space for parents with long row of cafes etc to grab coffee, ice cream or lunch. The water play area was fabulous with lots of things to push, open or close to change the water etc. We went back in the evening as well and had the water area to ourselves. Well lit at night which is great for an evening walk and play.
