“I love this beach”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 1 February 2014

Quiet and not too rough here. It's my beach down here. Safe for kids to learn how to boardride rather than Nth Cronulla. It's more like a bay and pleasant to swim in .A bit busy on the weekends but nice during the week. Showers are here which not all Sydney beaches have. The Cronulla walk starts here. Plenty of eateries here also but get there really early cause parking is a horror!!!!They've never improved on that unfortunately.

“Cool little beach, great park”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 30 January 2014

Fantastic and popular little beach with lots going on.

The beach, whilst slightly sheltered from the prevailing swells, has plenty of safe and very safe activities with the Cronulla surf club on watch.

The beach offers two wave/tide pools for those that want a quieter dip away from the waves.

Public toilets are available here, along with an array of restaurants within 1-2mins walk.

“Nice sandy beach.”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 15 January 2014

The waves were good and the water temperature was just right. Even on the weekday there were some life guards. Loved the clean sand and the water was very clean too.

“A bit better than Bondi?”

In my opinion, a better stretch of beach and better shopping, shops, are close to the beach and there s a great choice.

“Family friendly”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 September 2013

What a great spot for a family picnic. Walk along the path that leads to many other Cronulla beaches or better still walk along the beach which is clean and safe. Close to the shops and with a beachfront cafe and club right there you have lots of options. There's an ocean pool for those who don't want to surf and lots of grass if the sandy beach is not your thing
