We took the ferry from church point to Scotland island to explore and go for a walk.
The island is residential and some what run down. Due to vast bush land and steep terrain the views are not looking out on the water as we had expected.
Once we had walked the entire island in 40 min we then had a 40 min wait for the hourly ferry return.
The surrounds of Scotland Island (church point) are very pretty and well worth a visit but I would not recommend getting off the ferry at Scotland Island. There is nothing for tourists.
