Stayed at the hotel for 3 nights during my trip to Sydney

Pros:
1. Room is large, well equip with cooking utensil, microwave, cooking hob, washing machine, dryer, 2 large queen size bed, a living area and dining area.
2. Location is ok, near to a small harbour with a row of restaurant.
3. Able to walk to king's street (about 20-30 mins through the botanic garden)
4. Simple breakfast is provided(bread, cereal, coffee)

Cons:
1. We booked 2 rooms, the air conditioner is one of the room is faulty but didn't get fixed. End up no air con for the night, and all rooms are booked so not able to change room. Second day still not fixed, luckily got spare rooms to switch.
2. Reception is not 24 hours

Generally it's a good stay....

We booked a standard room and were lucky enough to get an upgrade to a room with a balcony. So, this was a plus from the start. The room was large and very tastefully decorated, a well presented kitchenette, washing machine and a view of the city to die for. Without a balcony it may not have been so engaging and perhaps not quite such good value as the view was half the enjoyment.
The location is great and we walked everywhere - 10 minutes to the city via Botanical Gardens,15-20 minutes to the Opera House and Circular Quay, 10-15 minutes lovely walk past the naval base to Potts Point and Kings Cross, and 2 minutes to a whole range of eating places from pubs to fine dining.
Staff were excellent and after some hassle working out the parking facility procedure we were set. Breakfast was around the corner at Sienna Marina and a small supermarket close by meant we had everything we wanted.
A point to note is that if you arrive after 6 p.m. you will need a code to enter the hotel as there is no reception available and we only discovered this by chance when checking our booking. You need to organise this at least 24 hours in advance, without it you could be stuck banging on the front door to no avail!

We visit our family in the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney and stay for 3 nights in Woolloomooloo Apartments. Very pleasant accommodation- very modern and spacious with both kitchen & laundary. The rate which were quite good for such Sydney location was inclusive of light breakfast daily and the service was limited but efficient. Great location near the waterfront and easy walk to the Centre so we kept our car most of the time in the car park area

If you are staying two or more days in Sydney and desire an apartment unit, then this really is a lovely option. It is a bit pricey, but is located in a very quiet section of Sydney with nice access to both downtown as well as Potts Point/Darlinghurst suburbs. The unit itself was very nicely appointed and very quiet. One of the better apartment options in Sydney

We loved staying at The Woolloomooloo Apartments, the location was just fabulous - close to everything and we also loved walking at the water front area and the Domain gardens.- a few minutes walk away the city centre .We felt at home there, the apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay - even laundry facilities! Came home to the States with clean clothes! Just had to unpack our case. mandy was friendly and helpful - it made such a difference during our stay. good free light breakfast & parking daily!!! We bought the My Multi 3 ticket which allowed us unlimited travel on ferry, bus and train services which for $61 for a week which was an absolute bargain. It made our sightseeing so easy. All in all we would highly recommend these apartments for a fantastic base in a wonderful city.
