I have done one class at the Sydney Seafood School and am enrolled to do several others. I really enjoyed the experience. One hour to learn and see how to make the dishes, one hour to cook with your small group (about 5 people per group) and then one hour to eat what you have cooked, plus you each get an apron, a bottle of water, a glass of wine and some wonderful seafood. You could do the classes as an individual or as a couple of group. You don't really need to know much about cooking because you end up in a group to do your coking. The ingredients are top quality, which means the food you make ends up being delicious. Something a little different to do in Sydney, and it comes with free parking!
