We had the pleasure of staying here when our car broke down. The RACQ arranged for us to stay there for a week and the staff were wonderful. This was when the Wagga Wagga races were on. The girls at reception went out their way to give us tourist hints so our days were not waisted in waiting for our car to be fixed. The free laundry was great and the lines were in the sun

Room Tip: The ways the towels are placed on the beds this to us was a sign of being welcome

We stayed in March, 2013, in a family room. Two singles and a double, comfortable bed.
The room was clean and tidy and the staff were friendly.
The room was a little outdated but everything was in good working order.
Not too far from the main center of Wagga Wagga with some eateries right next door.
I would stay again.

We stayed here in the spa room, it was recently refurbish with stylish interior, the room wasn't huge but comfortable. Had a big comfy king bed, the bathroom didn't look to be recently updated but was still nice, the spa was the biggest & best I have seen in a long time! Staff were friendly & was no problem to get a last miniut late check out. No mini bar in the room but drinks and wine could be purchased from reception. Would defiantly stay again :)

We stayed overnight in this motel which boasted 4stars and looked OK from the outside. The receptionist was dismissive and told me $145 for 'tonight' - waved airily in the direction of the room. Room numbers were barely visible in the dim light.
Although the bedroom was spacious it was minimally furnished. The bathroom was cramped and ran short of hot water. The towels were scratchy and small.
The bed was uncomfortable with a big dip and the pillows were hard.
Altogether not a pleasant stay and certainly not good value for money and more importantly does not rate 4 stars even if Qantas frequent flyer points are meant to draw people in.
On departing, I mentioned that we were not happy with our stay, the same lady did not appear to care and continued to look down at her more important paperwork whilst I was talking to her.
I would not recommend this motel to anyone - they do not deserve the business or 4 stars.

Stayed with my partner. Checked in around 8.30pm. We were tired after travelling for 8 hours. Check in was slow and receptionist seemed disinterested, maybe she had had a long day too. She waved vaguely in the direction of our room. The car park was dimly lit so we had trouble finding our room. after a few false starts we found it and could park directly outside our room. Popped the kettle on for a cuppa. NO MILK. while it might not seem a big thing after a long day it is. Tossed back and forth to see if we would bother the receptionist as it was cold after 8.30pm. Desire for coffee won out. lady delivered milk promptly and was pleasant. Breakfast in the morning to our room was yummy.

Room Tip: Ask for milk while checking in

I stayed here for four nights over a busy weekend in town. IT was great location as it was close to Kapooka military base where I was visiting my partner. It was also a short walk to the main town centre. The decor was modern and the beds very comfortable. Tv reception wasn't the best but can honestly say that's the only negative. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.
