I was very pleasantly surprised with this find tucked away in Todd Mall. Most of the eateries in Alice Springs are fast food or pub food, so it was nice to find somewhere that offered a varied menu of good quality, fresh and appealing food. The restaurant is nicely set out with a lovely courtyard to relax and dine in in as well as the option to dine inside. On a 43 degree day it was lovely to relax with a gin and tonic under the vine. The lunch specials are all tasty and great value. A good selection of dinner options with pasta, lamb shank, pork ribs, variety of steaks, barramundi and kangaroo, all with fresh veg, mash or chips. A good selection of wines too. We shared the prawns to start which were lovely, then I had the barramundi fillet on cous cous with tomato salsa and my husband had the pumpkin & pancetta pasta, both of which were delicious and good portion sizes. The meals are all around $30/$36, but I felt were worth the money. The staff were all very friendly and efficient. I would recommend a visit.
