If you're going to head down here, it'd probably be for either lunch or dinner as there's not much else on offer attraction wise. The sunset cruises leave from here and the cafés and restaurants scattered along the wharf are really good

We were recommended this place from a local friend, so glad we visited. $30 for delicious surf and turf, so many food options. Get down there early grab some food and drinks, and watch the sunset over the water. Recommended, especially good for diners looking for several different food options: Thai, Chinese, Vietnamese, western foods, seafood, kebabs, pasta, pizza and several bars to purchase alcohol.

I like to come here for an early dinner (by 4:30 and no parking problems). Fish and Chips with salad is always good. Ice creams are nice. There is a range of Asian food to choose from. Gluten free cakes are available. Seating at shaded tables overlooking the water or in the breezeway are best, depending on the weather. I come here regularly and leave relaxed and happy. I never tire of watching the movement of all sorts of vessels on the harbour. Popular venue with families, 'grey nomads' and locals wanting to feel the wind in their hair!

A comfortable walk from the CBD . The wharf area has some historical significance as well as a few eateries close to the water. The wave pool is nearby.
