Its a good clean motel in the western suburbs of Brisbane adjacent to a main arterial road - Ipswich Road.

Whist a little outdated in its appearance, the rooms have been updated recently and are quite comfortable. We had a good nights sleep, the bed was great but why only 1 pillow each? There were no extra pillows in the cupboard.

Whilst the room we were in was updated, the bathroom was not. All it recd was a coat of paint, however it was clean. I would love to meet the painter who did the job as it was amazing in the way the paint was applied as no item missed out and a straight line could not found anywhere. Character maybe or the guy was not familiar with his tools :)

We had the breakfast included - tasty but sparse in its offering as you were only 'allowed' one type of drink so if you wanted OJ then you couldn't order coffee!! The restaurant was clean but left over from the '80's in its decor!!

Let's put it in context, a well located clean and comfortable motel for a very reasonable tariff.

Room Tip: Ask for additional pillows as you only get one each on the bed. Also ask for a room towards the back of the complex as it quieter there than up the front facing Ipswich Road.

It isn't a palace but it is definitely functional and pleasant. Looks a bit rough on the outside but our room was clean and comfortable. Receptionist Lin was bright bubbly and helpful to the max.

It is on the highway so noise is expected and you must remember your turn off or have a gps to get you out of a bind.

Stairs and upstairs railing are not good for the headspin lot. This place needs a bit of TLC to make it look fabulous outside but otherwise itmwasmexactly what we needed.

Room Tip: Ask for exactly what you want, Lin is happy to help

Hi, I was looking for accommodation close to my son's place for a party on Saturday night, 8th Dec. 2012. When I looked it up, I found two other reviews indicating it wasn't a very good place to stay, when I rang up to inquire about a room, I mentioned the two reviews and they said they are a business motel and they do allow dogs in trailers in the yard. I decided to go with it, as it wasn't dog season, we were very disappointed with the room. At $115, I would expect something better than a room with torn curtains, gyprock and painting work that was VERY amateurish, a big crack in the vanity, a noisy fridge that froze everything in it, grass that doesn't get cut very often and hot water that takes 30 to 50 seconds to come through to the shower, even though they have signs up asking us to conserve water!! What a joke, don't bother.

Room Tip: Rooms at the back away from the Ipswich motorway were quieter.

On arrival we were greeted with the sound of fifty dogs in trailers and walking around the motel - there was a dog show on in the area somewhere. These things barked and carried on most of the night. Not the sort of thing we needed as we our kids had a soccer tournament on and needed a good night sleep. When enertering our room things didn't get much better, as it was a cooler night we required blankets there were none on the two beds however we found only one queen blanket in the wall robe, this wasn't sufficent and we required another one for our bed and two for the single bed. When we asked for extra blankets we were told there was none left and here is a fan heater instead - not good enough. Another family who was part of our group had a single blanket with a hole in it you could put your head through and was stained like someone had used it for toilet paper. Other rooms had holes in the walls your could put your hand into. There are so many things to say about the motel I just don't have time to talk about, the managers have absolutely no clue on how to run a motel so don't be stupied by booking here or you may pick up a bug like two of the other famillies did. On a positive note the managers were as helpful as they could be.

Room Tip: Easy - Don't stay here
